Gary Butzback
Principal—Accounts Payable Review Practice
Gary holds a BS in Accountancy from Miami University and an Ohio CPA certificate. In a career spanning more than 20 years, he has enjoyed public accounting audit and private industry senior financial management positions. Since 1997, Gary has applied his diverse background, hands-on experience and a unique mix of skills and interests as Director of the Accounts Payable Review practice at Profit Recovery Systems. Gary's vision and creativity have resulted in an AP Review program for clients that achieves all of our objectives: maximum recovery results on any data processing platform with minimum client intrusion and a dedication to improvement of internal controls and operational efficiency.
Mark Olivier
Principal—Client Service
Mark holds an MBA from Loyola University, a BS degree in Accountancy from Miami University and a CPA certificate in the state of Ohio. His professional background includes extensive financial management experience at both Fortune 500 companies as well as closely held private manufacturers. He was also a member of the professional services group at Price Waterhouse. For the past 8+ years, he has managed client relationships and the client service organization for our profit recovery projects.
Jay Simon, CFE, CFSA
VP Client Service—Northeast Ohio
Jay holds a BBA from Kent State University and an MBA from John Carroll University. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Financial Services Auditor. Jay’s professional experience includes ten years as Audit Director for Brush Wellman and five years as Director of Internal Audit Services for the Cleveland office of AuditForce/Jefferson Wells International. Jay is a former President, and serves on the Board of Governors, of the Northeast Ohio chapter of The Institute of Internal Auditors. Jay is also a member of the Financial Executives Networking Group in Northeast Ohio.

John O’Connell, CPA
VP Client Service—Central/Southern Ohio
John holds a BS degree in Accountancy from Ohio State University and a CPA certificate from the state of Ohio. His professional experience includes five years of public accounting experience with KPMG as well as CFO and Controller positions with several privately held manufacturing/distribution companies. He has 7+ years experience in managing client relationships in the Central/Southern Ohio area. John is also a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors—Columbus Chapter.

James Fenker
Accounts Payable Specialist
Jim holds a BBA from Baldwin-Wallace College where he earned a double major in Accounting and Finance, and a minor in Economics. His professional background includes 19 years with Nestlé USA, Inc. an $8 billion dollar U.S. holding company for the world’s largest diversified food company. Jim’s positions with Nestlé included Manager of Internal Control for the Restaurant Company and Senior Corporate Auditor. During his years at Nestlé, Jim developed an extensive range of experience through exposure to diverse industries (e.g., manufacturing, sales/service, distribution, production and distribution of TV commercials, financial institutions, hospitality, and retail operations).

Neal Morrison
Accounts Payable Specialist
Neal's professional experience includes over 20 years in corporate audit and 8 years as a small business owner. Neal has developed a range of experience through exposure to diverse industries (e.g., manufacturing, services, hospitality, financial institutions and retail operations). As Manager of Internal Audit for Nestle USA, Inc. (the $8 billion dollar U.S. holding company for the world's largest diversified food company), Neal headed a team that reviewed advertising production & placement, television media performance and promotional agencies. He also investigated losses, thefts and management misconduct. As President of his own small business, Neal's duties encompassed all administrative functions as well as hands-on sales and production. Neal holds a BBA in Accounting from The Cleveland State University and is a Certified Internal Auditor.

Richard Albert, CPA
President—PhoneCheck
Richard is President of PhoneCheck. He holds a BS degree in Accountancy from Miami University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio and a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s and the Society of Telecommunications Professionals. Richard has spent the last 15+ years focusing on auditing and controlling telecommunications costs for clients located throughout the United States.

Robbi Dunn
Telecommunications Client Account Manager
Robbi holds a BA from Ohio State University. Her professional background includes 11 years of management experience in the insurance replacement car rental industry. In 1994, she joined CBG Communications, which was subsequently purchased by ICG Communications in 1997. Robbi gained extensive telecommunications experience with her 5+ years at CBG/ICG. Robbi has focused on auditing and controlling telecommunication costs for our clients. She is also a primary point of contact for our clients’ telecommunication needs.

Linda Zajac
Client Service Manager
Linda holds a BS in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and has a CRP designation from the Employee Relocation Counsel. Her professional background includes over 20 years of experience in quality control and client communication with AMCO, Charter One Bank and TransOhio Savings Bank. Linda also has developed extensive cost breakdown and analysis skills throughout her professional career. She will be utilizing this skill set as our clients' initial point of contact for their accounts payable and telecommuncations service needs.
