We begin our process after a client’s purchasing and accounts payable cycle is complete. We utilize proprietary software and an extensive database of cumulative audit knowledge to identify and recover any inadvertent overpayments that have occurred within our clients’ accounts payable and telecommunications paid invoice history.

In addition to recovering lost profits, we also provide our clients with a comprehensive analysis of the root cause of each overpayment error along with internal control recommendations to eliminate the occurrence of similar errors in the future.

Within our telecommunications audit group, we provide our clients with specific opportunities to reduce their future telecommunications costs within their preferred carrier network and in conjunction with existing carrier contracts and commitments.
