Telecommunications Review Process

Pre-Review Data Gathering

We request copies of our clients’ current telecommunications service provider agreements to facilitate our review process. 

The Review

Our clients provide us with access to their paid telecommunications invoices. We perform a detailed review of all service provider invoicing including voice, data, long distance, local, cellular and internet services.  We identify errors and overcharges relating to current service provider agreements and invoicing. We also identify opportunities to reduce current provider pricing while maintaining or improving existing provider services.

Summary of Results and Recommendations

We provide our clients with a series of detailed recommendations outlining opportunities to both recover overcharges and reduce current carrier costs. Our strengths include providing profit enhancing telecommunications strategies across the spectrum of voice and data services.  With client approval, we pursue recoveries of all prior overcharges and act as their agent to implement our cost saving solutions.

Monitoring Results and Continuing Audit Services

We continue to post-audit our clients’ paid invoicing on a quarterly
basis in order to measure actual savings attributable to our cost saving recommendations. We also identify new overcharges and eliminate billing errors as they occur. Through the use of our extensive telecommunications carrier knowledgebase, we provide our clients with the latest developments associated with emerging provider services and opportunities for reduced provider pricing.
